This sealant is mould and mildew resistant, flexible, and won’t yellow, shrink or crack over time. Plus it’s 100% waterproof and can be exposed to shower water or rain in just 30 minutes. To Use: All surfaces should be clean and free of dirt, grease, oil and old sealant. For gaps larger than 12mm use a backer rod to fill the gap. Best if applied above 5_C
