VECHRO CORROLUX ANTICORROSIVE GLOSS ENAMEL PAINT

Special gloss anticorrosive alkyd enamel, suitable either for new or for old surfaces.

Ιt’ s anticorrosive performance without primer is ideal for renovation because you can save money and time.

It gives very good adhesion, flow and leveling and fast drying.

Texture: Gloss, 84-88 units in 60º.


Covering Power: 15-17 m²/lt per layer depending on the surface.

Dilution: Up to 5% on volume with SMALTOLUX WHITE SPIRIT
for application by brush or roller and up to 12%
with Thinner No1 of VECHRO for spray application.

Drying:1-3 hours touch free depending on the surface.

Recoatability: Recoatable 18 hours after application or after
first layer’ s hardening. These times prolong
under cold and wet weather conditions.

VOC class: “One-pack performance coatings. Anticorrosion finishes” Type SB. VOC limit =500 gr/lt. Max VOC of product ready for use= 485 gr/lt. VOC: organic
volatile compounds with boiling point < 250ºC.

Antirust protection: At 240 hours (10 days) salting, the product at a dry film thickness of 100 microns exhibits excellent handling.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Clean the surface of dust, oil, cropped paints, rust. Sandpaper well and
clean the surface with SMALTOLUX WHITE SPIRIT.

APPLICATION
Stir well. Apply one or two coats CORROLUX (film thickness 80-120 μm)
for better anticorrosive protection. Be sure that the whole of surface has
been well coated.

CLEANING EQUIPMENT
While working keep your equipment wet, either in the pot, or in the paint
lauder. Strain well your tools from paint back to the pot and clean immediately with warm water and soap.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Temperature 8-30ºC and relative humidity lower than 80%. Contrary
weather conditions may degrade paint’s quality.

STORAGE
Close well after use. Store in a cool place. Protect from sun exposure.
